Our Story

Baja Organica started with a challenge many office managers on the Westside face: how do you get a team that’s used to working from home back into the office — and keep them there?

Free lunch. Not delivery app lunch. Not reheated trays from a chain. Real food, made that morning, from a kitchen that’s been doing it right for decades.

So we partnered with a neighborhood institution, built a delivery layer on top, and made it radically simple: tell us about your office, and we’ll handle the rest. One point of contact. One invoice. Food your team actually wants to come in for.

Every meal we deliver is made at Baja Bud’s — a Mexican kitchen that’s been cooking at the corner of National and Sepulveda in Rancho Park for over three decades. Handmade corn tortillas. Scratch salsas. No lard, no MSG, no shortcuts. The same food the neighborhood has trusted for years.

We show up in the morning before they open, cook alongside their team, package everything up, and head out for delivery. Same kitchen. Same ingredients. Same standards.

Handmade tortillas, fresh salsas, slow-braised meats. Nothing frozen, nothing reheated, nothing that comes out of a bag. If we can’t make it right, we don’t put it on the menu.

We customize your menu around your team’s preferences and dietary needs. Vegan-heavy office? More plant-forward options. Gluten-free regulars? We’ll flag every dish that works. It’s your menu, not a template.
